R.E.D.D. Learning Academy's primary aim is to reach each student spiritually. This is accomplished in the following ways: building a school atmosphere dedicated to uplifting Christ, enlisting a faculty and staff who love the Lord, designing a curricular philosophy drawn from the Word of God, teaching Biblically focused classes, praying for God's blessing in each class, and witnessing to all students as we seek to win them to Christ in the spirit of II Corinthians 5:17. We teach every belief and believe in a Biblical Worldview.

R.E.D.D. Learning Academy offers a unique Christian liberal arts education. We aim to meet the high standards of student achievement that will help the school, administration, and teachers establish challenging instruction for students. We want to ensure that what we provide will be an effective opportunity for all students to learn on higher levels and exceed academic expectations. In alignment with our mission, R.E.D.D. believes that students who receive well-rounded educational services and support tailored to satisfy their educational needs are best equipped for long-range success even in their post-secondary education.

Our educational philosophy is rooted in the belief that we are all children of God, created and redeemed to do good work. As such, we are called to love God and love our neighbors, fulfilling our purpose and potential as individuals. We believe that God is at the core of all learning and understanding and that Scripture serves as a guide for our lives and education.

R.E.D.D. Learning's intimate setting enhances the educational experience of each of our students. We understand how crucial these years are and how important years of study can be. At R.E.D.D. Learning Academy, a personalized education will be established through the provision of a robust program focused on the whole child. It incorporates a curriculum infused with a concentration on STREAM (science, technology, reading/robotics, engineering, arts, and mathematics), and our disciplines include social, emotional, and behavioral support.

Research shows that students who are encouraged early to pursue academic success have a much higher rate of succeeding. Our personal experiences echo that sentiment. At R.E.D.D., our talented faculty and staff members provide the support, encouragement, discipline, and love to lead our students closer to achieving their goals.
